Deputy Minister of Finance and Economy of the Republic of Armenia Mr. David Avetissian and other officials were participating to the session.

The following issues were included in the agenda of the session:

On the first issue of the agenda:
The head of the working group of "Millennium Challenge Armenia" Program David Avetissian presented five representatives of NGOs newly elected to the board of management of "Millennium Challenge Armenia" Program. Then he suggested to select from the short list made of five candidates pre-qualified with the purpose to select the chief executive officer of "Millennium Challenge Armenia" Program state non-commercial organization. The representatives of NGOs presented the candidates of the short list. An exchange of opinions took place, as a result of which Alex Rassin suggested that during the selection of the candidates a special attention should be drawn to their management capacities.
After the management board of "Millennium Challenge Armenia" Program state non-commercial organization discussed the candidates included in the short list a voting took place with the following results:

They decided to send the list of best three:

 to "Millennium Challenge Corporation" for "No objection".
