Stakeholders' Committee

Structure

Mamikon Gasparyan is a member of MCA-Armenia Program Stakeholders' Committee and represents the interests of Water Users' Associations in the Program.

He was born in 1966 in Yerevan. In 1983 he finished the Secondary School named after Kh. Abovyan and the same year entered Armenian Agrarian Institute, Department of Hydro Melioration. In 1988 he graduated from the Agrarian Institute and was recruited in the Ministry of Water Management and Melioration.

In 2003 M. Gasparyan was elected as the Board Director of "Jrvezh-Dzoraghbyur" WUA. M. Gasparyan is a candidate of Agricultural Sciences (Ph Degree).
