Structure

Work experience of the SC member, WUA representative Mihran Hovhannisyan is largely related to the issues of hydro-melioration. Being an engineer-hydro-technician by his profession M. Hovhannisyan has worked in a number of organizations and institutes with state participation, starting from the position of a leading specialist, then held posts of head of department and CEO. Starting from 2004 M. Hovhannisyan was elected in the position of Executive Officer of Yeghvard WUA. Mr. Hovhannisyan is also lecturing in the State Agrarian University. M. Hovhannisyan has a PHD from the same University.

The mission and activities of the “Yeghvard” WUA is mainly concerning, but not limited to protection and exploitation of irrigation systems, management and distribution of irrigation water.
