Structure

Lia Khachatryan has a Master's degree in Law from the University of France in Armenia. Lia is speaking perfect French.

Starting from 2007 she has been working in the Prime Minister Office and from 2008 is the President of the "Development and Integration" NGO.

"Development and Integration" NGO is a volunteer and independent organization based on the community of legitimate rights of its members to meet their legal, spiritual and not material needs and demands.

The organization is acting according to the RA Constitution and legislation acts, International Law, as well as its Charter.

The goals and objectives of the organization are:

- Support the development and strengthening of civil society and democratic values in the country;
- Contribute to the protection of human rights in Armenia, supremacy of law and justice;
- Assist to the rights protection of all the members of the society;
- Promote to the development of socio-economic, legal, educational, cultural and spiritual aspects of life in Armenia;
- Have active participation in the public sector in Armenia;
- Support the development and strengthening of small and medium businesses.

By RA President Decree in 2008 May the "Development and Integration" NGO was announced as a partner NGO and responsible for the project on NGO Granting.
